Instapay Ramadan Bonus Airtime Campaign 2026 – Terms & Conditions

All clauses below constitute the Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) of the Instapay Ramadan Lucky Draw 2026 (the “Promotion”). Information published by Instapay Technologies Sdn Bhd (“Instapay”) forms part of these T&Cs. By participating in this Promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all individuals who are registered and maintain an active Instapay e-wallet account during the Promotion Period. Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Instapay, its cash agents, and agencies associated with this Promotion are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion Period runs from 15 February 2026 to 31 March 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

3. How to Participate

Every customer who successfully completes a remittance transaction of more than RM500 during the Promotion Period will be entitled to one (1) lucky draw entry per successful remittance transaction. Each eligible transaction will automatically be entered into the lucky draw.

4. Lucky Draw and Winner Selection

Winners will be selected through a random lucky draw from the pool of eligible entries on 7 April 2026. The results of the lucky draw will be announced on 19 April 2026 at 8:00 PM via Instapay’s official Facebook Live. Winners will also be notified via their registered mobile phone number as recorded in Instapay’s system.

5. Prizes

Prizes will be credited solely into the winner’s own Instapay e-wallet account. If a winner’s Instapay e-wallet account is closed at the time of prize crediting, the prize shall be forfeited and will not be paid through any alternative means.

6. Personal Data

By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to Instapay collecting, using, processing, and disclosing their personal data for purposes of administering the Promotion and awarding prizes. Personal data may include, but is not limited to, name, identification details, photographs, and contact information, which may be used for publicity, marketing, and promotional purposes across all media without further notice or compensation.

7. Verification and Fraud Prevention

Instapay reserves the right to request additional information, including valid identification documents, to verify the identity of any participant or winner. Instapay may disqualify any participant found to have engaged in fraud, abuse, manipulation, or any conduct deemed inappropriate or unacceptable.

8. Liability and Indemnity

Instapay, its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance and use of the prizes.Instapay shall not be responsible for any entries that are lost, corrupted, damaged, or entered in error. Each participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Instapay against all claims, losses, damages, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.

9. Decisions and Disputes

All decisions made by Instapay in relation to the Promotion, including the selection of winners, shall be final and binding. In the event of any dispute, Instapay’s decision shall prevail.

10. Amendments and Termination

Instapay reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice or compensation, where deemed necessary to protect its interests or in the event of abuse.

11. Governing Law

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

By participating in the Instapay Ramadan Lucky Draw 2026, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Department : Corporate Sales Manager
Location : Penang Area Only

Responsibilities
• Sign up companies for opening Payroll Accounts with Instapay for their employees.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and prospects that employ foreign
workers.
• Create a Sales pipeline and meet with potential clients to determine their needs and track
Sales pipeline in CRM
• Prioritize opportunities, qualify leads, and support pre-sales.
• Responsible for meeting Corporate Sales Targets for the Company – will carry individual sales
targets.
• Able to do presentation, follow up, product training to the relevant stakeholders in customer’s
company.
• Able to foresee and capture the market potential and work out the strategies required in
growing the business and improve market position. Capable of excellent execution in order to
achieve the desired results.
• Achieve monthly targets, review and report sales performance.


Qualifications and skills
• Minimum 5 years experiences in Corporate or Institutional Sales in a reputed organization
with experience carrying targets and closing deals.
• Experience in selling any corporate product from industries like – HR Systems, Payroll Systems,
Group/Business Insurance Solutions, Office Automation, Manufacturing Sales, Corporate
Banking etc.
• Successful track-record managing deals with customers.
• Consistently over-achieved targets in past positions.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, written and verbal communications skills.
• Independent, entrepreneurial, analytical and Passionate about sales
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, should be ready to prospect and create sales opportunities.
• Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
• Ability to lead a Team.

• Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
• Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.
• CRM experience preferred.
