Instapay Ramadan Bonus Airtime Campaign 2026 – Terms & Conditions

  1. Campaign Overview

The Instapay Ramadan Bonus Airtime Campaign 2026 (“Campaign”) is organized by Instapay Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (“Instapay”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Participation in this Campaign is subject to the Terms and Conditions set out below.

  1. Campaign Period
  • The Campaign will run from 15 February 2026 to 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”).
  • Instapay reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to vary, extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice or liability.
  1. Eligibility Criteria

To participate, users must:

  • Be a registered Instapay user with an active and verified account.
  • Perform a successful international airtime top-up transaction via Instapay during the Campaign Period.
  • Send airtime to one of the following eligible corridors:
  • Indonesia
  • Pakistan
  • Bangladesh

Bonus entitlement is based on the final successful airtime top up transaction amount.

 

  1. Bonus Conditions
  • Bonus airtime will only be awarded for transactions meeting the qualifying amount stated above.
  • All transactions must be completed during the Campaign Period to qualify.
  • Limited to one (1) bonus per receiver during the entire Campaign Period.
  1. Bonus Fulfilment
  • Bonus airtime will be credited directly to the recipient’s mobile number.
  • Bonus fulfilment timeline is subject to mobile operator processing time and system availability.
  • Bonus airtime is:
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-exchangeable
  • Not redeemable for cash
  1. Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification

Instapay reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation or suspicious activity.
  • Reject, cancel or reverse any transaction deemed invalid or non-compliant.
  • Withhold bonus fulfilment pending investigation.
  1. Service & Technical Disclaimer

Instapay shall not be held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by mobile network operators or third-party service providers.
  • Failed transactions due to incorrect recipient mobile numbers entered by users.
  • Network outages, system downtime, or technical disruptions beyond Instapay’s reasonable control.
  1. Data Protection & Privacy
  • By participating, users consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data in accordance with Instapay’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
  • Data may be used for campaign administration, verification, and audit purposes.
  1. Regulatory Compliance
  • This Campaign is subject to all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Instapay reserves the right to amend Campaign mechanics where required to comply with regulatory, legal, or operational requirements.
  1. Rights of Instapay

Instapay reserves the right to:

  • Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Substitute or vary campaign benefits where necessary.
  • Make the final decision on all matters relating to this Campaign.
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Job Description

Department : Corporate Sales Manager
Location : Penang Area Only

Responsibilities
• Sign up companies for opening Payroll Accounts with Instapay for their employees.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and prospects that employ foreign
workers.
• Create a Sales pipeline and meet with potential clients to determine their needs and track
Sales pipeline in CRM
• Prioritize opportunities, qualify leads, and support pre-sales.
• Responsible for meeting Corporate Sales Targets for the Company – will carry individual sales
targets.
• Able to do presentation, follow up, product training to the relevant stakeholders in customer’s
company.
• Able to foresee and capture the market potential and work out the strategies required in
growing the business and improve market position. Capable of excellent execution in order to
achieve the desired results.
• Achieve monthly targets, review and report sales performance.


Qualifications and skills
• Minimum 5 years experiences in Corporate or Institutional Sales in a reputed organization
with experience carrying targets and closing deals.
• Experience in selling any corporate product from industries like – HR Systems, Payroll Systems,
Group/Business Insurance Solutions, Office Automation, Manufacturing Sales, Corporate
Banking etc.
• Successful track-record managing deals with customers.
• Consistently over-achieved targets in past positions.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, written and verbal communications skills.
• Independent, entrepreneurial, analytical and Passionate about sales
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, should be ready to prospect and create sales opportunities.
• Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
• Ability to lead a Team.

• Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
• Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.
• CRM experience preferred.
