Campaign Overview
The Instapay Ramadan Bonus Airtime Campaign 2026 (“Campaign”) is organized by Instapay Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (“Instapay”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Participation in this Campaign is subject to the Terms and Conditions set out below.
Campaign Period
- The Campaign will run from 15 February 2026 to 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”).
- Instapay reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to vary, extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice or liability.
Eligibility Criteria
To participate, users must:
- Be a registered Instapay user with an active and verified account.
- Perform a successful international airtime top-up transaction via Instapay during the Campaign Period.
- Send airtime to one of the following eligible corridors:
- Indonesia
- Pakistan
- Bangladesh

Bonus entitlement is based on the final successful airtime top up transaction amount.
Bonus Conditions
- Bonus airtime will only be awarded for transactions meeting the qualifying amount stated above.
- All transactions must be completed during the Campaign Period to qualify.
- Limited to one (1) bonus per receiver during the entire Campaign Period.
Bonus Fulfilment
- Bonus airtime will be credited directly to the recipient’s mobile number.
- Bonus fulfilment timeline is subject to mobile operator processing time and system availability.
- Bonus airtime is:
- Non-transferable
- Non-exchangeable
- Not redeemable for cash
Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification
Instapay reserves the right to:
- Disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation or suspicious activity.
- Reject, cancel or reverse any transaction deemed invalid or non-compliant.
- Withhold bonus fulfilment pending investigation.
Service & Technical Disclaimer
Instapay shall not be held responsible for:
- Delays caused by mobile network operators or third-party service providers.
- Failed transactions due to incorrect recipient mobile numbers entered by users.
- Network outages, system downtime, or technical disruptions beyond Instapay’s reasonable control.
Data Protection & Privacy
- By participating, users consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data in accordance with Instapay’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
- Data may be used for campaign administration, verification, and audit purposes.
Regulatory Compliance
- This Campaign is subject to all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Instapay reserves the right to amend Campaign mechanics where required to comply with regulatory, legal, or operational requirements.
Rights of Instapay
Instapay reserves the right to:
- Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Substitute or vary campaign benefits where necessary.
- Make the final decision on all matters relating to this Campaign.
Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
