Instapay Christmas New Year Philippines Corridor Campaign

The information published by Instapay Technologies Sdn Bhd (“Instapay”) forms part of these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). By participating in this promotion and/or entering the lucky draw, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Eligibility
  • This campaign is open to all selected Instapay users who perform an international mobile top-up to the Philippines during the campaign period.
  • Employees, directors, contractors, cash agents of Instapay, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2. Campaign Period
  • The campaign runs from 15 December 2025 to 15 January 2026 (both dates inclusive).
3. Participation Mechanics
  • Users who successfully perform an international mobile top-up of minimum MYR10 to the Philippines during the campaign period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the lucky draw.
  • Only successful transactions will qualify.
4. Lucky Draw & Prizes
  • A total of 10 winners will be selected throughout the campaign.
  • Each winner will receive MYR50 credited to their Instapay e-wallet.
  • A participant can only win one (1) time throughout the entire campaign.
  • If a winner’s Instapay account or e-wallet is closed or inactive, the prize will be forfeited.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
  • Winners will be selected via a random lucky draw from eligible entries.
  • Winners will be notified through their registered mobile number.
6. Use of Personal Data
  • By participating, users agree that Instapay may collect, use, and disclose personal data for campaign administration, prize fulfilment, publicity, and promotional purposes without compensation.
7. Rights of Instapay
  • Instapay reserves the right to verify winners’ identity and request additional documents.
  • Instapay may disqualify any participant found ineligible or engaging in misconduct.
  • Instapay may amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign or its T&Cs without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
  • Instapay shall not be held liable for loss, damage, error, incomplete, corrupt, or delayed entries.
  • Participants agree to release Instapay from any claims or liabilities arising from the campaign.
9. General Conditions
  • Participation constitutes unconditional acceptance of all T&Cs.
  • Instapay’s decisions are final and binding.
  • If any clause is invalid, remaining clauses remain enforceable.

Department : Corporate Sales Manager
Location : Penang Area Only

Responsibilities
• Sign up companies for opening Payroll Accounts with Instapay for their employees.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and prospects that employ foreign
workers.
• Create a Sales pipeline and meet with potential clients to determine their needs and track
Sales pipeline in CRM
• Prioritize opportunities, qualify leads, and support pre-sales.
• Responsible for meeting Corporate Sales Targets for the Company – will carry individual sales
targets.
• Able to do presentation, follow up, product training to the relevant stakeholders in customer’s
company.
• Able to foresee and capture the market potential and work out the strategies required in
growing the business and improve market position. Capable of excellent execution in order to
achieve the desired results.
• Achieve monthly targets, review and report sales performance.


Qualifications and skills
• Minimum 5 years experiences in Corporate or Institutional Sales in a reputed organization
with experience carrying targets and closing deals.
• Experience in selling any corporate product from industries like – HR Systems, Payroll Systems,
Group/Business Insurance Solutions, Office Automation, Manufacturing Sales, Corporate
Banking etc.
• Successful track-record managing deals with customers.
• Consistently over-achieved targets in past positions.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, written and verbal communications skills.
• Independent, entrepreneurial, analytical and Passionate about sales
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, should be ready to prospect and create sales opportunities.
• Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
• Ability to lead a Team.

• Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
• Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment.
