Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

The referred customer must open an Instapay account using the Referrer’s referral code during the account opening process.

To qualify as a successful referral, the referred customer must complete at least one remittance transaction within 30 days of account opening.

Upon successful completion of the first remittance by the referred customer within the eligible period, the Referrer will receive a referral reward of RM5, credited directly into their Instapay e-wallet.

The referral reward will be credited within 15 working days after the successful transaction is confirmed.

Referral rewards will only be credited into the customer’s active Instapay e-wallet. If the e-wallet is closed or inactive at the time of payout, the reward will not be issued through any other payment method.

This referral programme is valid for all eligible customers referred until 31st December 2026, unless extended or withdrawn by Instapay at its sole discretion.

Instapay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral programme at any time without prior notice.

Instapay employees, sales team members, vendors, marketing agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this referral programme.
